Gonna actually be a 1/4” thick 12x12” clear acrylic lid with an orange acrylic (3mm thick) frame around it about an inch in thickness. Like most folks i made a mesh lid from a window screen kit. Just waiting for the mesh to get here tomorrow to finish putting it together. The framing is lightweight plastic with metallic finish.
