Fishing Pole Rack Diy

Fishing Pole Rack Diy - I just screwed these to 1x4 pine, and in turn screwed the pine into the ceiling joists. Total of about $120 invested and holds up to 48 rods and reels. Measure again, drill holes for the screws and then screw it all in place. Mount this portable fishing pole rack on the wall, in your truck, on your boat, etc. Saw a thread the other day someone talking about buying one. I would appreciate help on this as i have never repaired guides and don't currently have the fianances to have it done. Mines not too creative, but it seems to work okay.

Saw a thread the other day someone talking about buying one. Cut it whatever length you want and whatever you need for your rod. Position the boards with the holes in them with the 1 hole board at the top of the rack and the 2 hole board at the bottom, about 2 above the top of the 1x8x42. Good way to keep kids motivated to fishing [emoji846].

Through all this fishing frenzy that has been going on i now have three rods that need repair. Prevent tangled and broken fishing rods and keep them organized with the castek rod caddy. I made atleast 50 or more over the time and keep givin em to folks who dont have rod holders and use the side mirror of car to lean their rod.or they forgot at home. Sky is the limit for diy rod holders. Last thing i used blue outdoor carpet to cover it.

The one thatbgets the most use is a free standing 12 rod rack base is a wood box 24x24 48 tall center post and a 20 circle of cheap floor mats from harbor frieght i used an old pairing knife to cut holes in the mats just about a 1/4 in from the edge and then cut out at the thin spot. Last thing i used blue outdoor carpet to cover it.
