At first it didn't seem to get a big enough bite on the rear tire to break the beak in one spot only. On my bandit 1200s, the front tire was easily dismounted, but the rabaconda wouldn’t break the bead on the rear. As soon as i know i did the front right, i'll start working on the rear.

That might be you or a friend pointing a heat gun at it, letting it rest in the sun on asphalt on a hot summer day, or setting it up inside your tire warmer.

Long story short, i found out about this kind of diy tire changer due to stumbling across rabaconda on youtube. It’s a universal machine, but it won’t work well for every tire or rim. Anyone else not heard a pop?
