Hi i use styrofoam insulation get it from home depot four by eight sheet 3 inches thick then cut it into pieces to fit in a box with cardboard inbetween the sheets ,i also add old clothes if i have some then a separate piece on the outside that i pin a paper plate to as my target have been doing this for years it lasts all year and i shoot a lot.
